With the advancement of the elementary education informationization work and the development of a new reform of course, the position of information technology education in primary and junior school is getting more and more important. And information technology teachers are facing a new challenge. This text takes the above as a background to rely on, takes the teachers' information literacy and professionally development as the argument base, analyzes the difference of the information literacy between the information technology teachers and those who teach other subjects, and form the judgment standard of teachers' information literacy of information technology teachers. Then I investigate and study the current information literacy situation of the junior school information technology teachers in Xinzheng City, analyze the reason, raise the ways and methods to prove the information literacy of the information technology teachers from the school trains originally, course integration, the network platform and the curriculum conformity, aimed at the erroneous zone which the current information technology teacher information accomplishment in the present situation.
