Educational equity is the common pursuit of human society and an important symbol to measure the level of a country's civilization.Educational equity is the starting point of social equity,a necessary condition for creating a harmonious society,and a necessary process for shaping community values.The purpose of this paper is to rethink the link between educational equity and reflection on the good life.If we want to cultivate a modern person--a person who can handle the relationship between the individual and the community well--how the core values of the society penetrate into the individual through the cultivation goal of the person,so that the individual can form a perception of the rights stipulated in the constitution.Whether the actual process of education has the concept of fairness and the effect of fairness so that children can grow into qualified citizens.The position of relevant curriculum design in the whole curriculum system reflects whether the compulsory education process is fair.Based on the comprehensive utilization of discourse theory,discourse analysis theory and other relevant theoretical resources,this paper takes discourse constructivism as the tool and "multiple community identity" as the perspective,and takes the educational process equity in the implementation of civic education in the stage of compulsory education as the research object.First of all,through the study of the logic construction of the basic theory,combing the words of the basic implications,forward the process of constructing and reverse construction theory of motivation and space,determine the reverse construction of people's words,is through emphasis on social problems to the abstract concept of people's embodiment,by looking for the two kinds of value and citizen has the appropriate proportion,discuss how to better deal with the relationship between individuality and integrity,the unified and citizen;Secondly,it explores how the discourse obtained through the above construction can provide a basis for the research on the fairness of compulsory education.In the overlapping community,the community puts forward different ethical requirements on individuals.The ideal of educational fairness is that all individuals in the community can get full education and development and grow into qualified citizens.Then,it examines how to reflect and measure the fairness of compulsory education as a political value.Finally,it discusses how to realize the equal meaning of the policy through the reverse construction of the discourse,so that the citizens can obtain a more practical "sense of gain,happiness and security" from the policy,and truly embody and implement the goal of educational goodness that they hope to achieve in the process of policy-making and implementation.The education system,content and form in the current stage of compulsory education in China still cannot enable all people to acquire the ability to grow into qualified citizens in a fair way.Based on the reverse construction of people's discourse,we should strengthen institutional,policy and people's livelihood protection,and deepen educational equity.This is to realize the "two centenary goals" and the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation,and to contribute to the people's aspiration for a better life.
