Physical education has always been an important part of children's educational activities.Physical education can not only enhance children's physique, but also, more importantly,it can significantly promote the cultivation of children's healthy psychology and good behavior. At the same time,it plays an important role in promoting the formation of children's good quality, the development of intelligence and the cultivation of healthy aesthetic taste. It also plays a significant guiding role in the cultivation of their innovative ability and practical ability.Adding different music speeds to exercise under the background of sports activities can enrich the kindergarten sports activities on the one hand, and improve the quality of children's sports on the other. It can be seen that the integration of different tempo music into children's sports and its impact on children's FMS is a subject worthy of research. It also has a certain reference value for the choice of children's sports music and provides a valuable reference for enriching kindergarten sports. The teaching methods, methods and evaluation standards used for reference. In this study, literature data methods, experimental methods, and mathematical statistics methods were used to analyze children's FMS test scores at different music speeds in the context of physical activity.Select students from the large class of Sixty-one Kindergarten in Pudong New Area,Shanghai as the research object.Sixty young children without extracurricular sports activities were selected and divided into three groups: A,B,and C.They used the sports game activities, combined with and without music and music with different speed. The experiment was conducted with an experimental period of 8 weeks. Finally, the pretest and post-test scores of the FMS experiment were analyzed. After SPSS23.0 paired sample T test analysis,it was found that the scores(except trunk stability push-ups and rotation stability)and total scores after music intervention at different speeds were significantly different than before intervention(p <0.05).From this, get the following conclusions and suggestions.Conclusions:1?In sports activities, music is better than no music, and different music speeds are better than Same music speed.2?Under the background of sports activities, different speed music has a direct impact on the development of young children's physical fitness.3?The choice of sports activity content is very important.4?FMS is one of the important means to reflect physical health problems.Suggestions:1?Music can be added at different speeds in sports activities if conditions permit.2?The choice of music speed is based on the reasonable selection of teaching content.3?The content of activities suitable for children's age should be selected.4?FMS as part of the physical fitness test for young children.
