With the rapid development of modern society,mathematics has been applied to all aspects of life,has become an important force to promote social development and scientific and technological progress,has also become the core part of various cutting-edge technologies,and the importance of mathematics is increasing day by day.This paper mainly studies three problems: first,the current situation of mathematics anxiety of primary school students in lower grades;second,the causes and influencing factors of mathematics anxiety of primary school students in lower grades;third,according to the research results,it puts forward relevant countermeasures to solve the problem of mathematics anxiety.In this study,we used questionnaire and in-depth interview to explore the current situation,causes and Countermeasures of mathematics anxiety of primary school students in all aspects,focusing on the causes of mathematics anxiety of primary school students in low grades,such as worrying about the poor mathematics test,no interest in class,etc.By analyzing the influence of mathematics anxiety on Pupils' mathematics achievement and personal growth,the distribution of mathematics anxiety in the lower grade of primary school is obtained,that is,there is no mathematics anxiety in the first grade group of students,there is a very individual existence in the second grade,the scope appears in the third grade,and the solutions are put forward,such as the interesting classroom to stimulate students' interest in mathematics learning,the comprehensive teaching methods to alleviate mathematics anxiety,etc.,provide valuable reference for mathematics teachers,parents and other personnel,realize the effective treatment of mathematics anxiety problems,and have certain reference significance for solving the mathematics anxiety problems of primary school students in the lower grades.
