A large number of studies have focused on the cognitive benefits of exercise,and physical exercise has a selective effect on cognitive function,with the most obvious improvement effect on executive function.At the same time,existing studies have proved that different sports have different impacts on executive function,so it is very important to choose the right sports for exercise.However,there is currently a lack of unified and clear evidence for sports,and any type of movement is made up of motor skills,we should start from the characteristics and classification of motor skills to classify the types of sports,to study the influence of different motor skill types sports on executive function,in order to determine the new classification method,help the exercisers to make and choose the exercise scheme.Therefore,this study designed two experiments,combine acute moderate intensity large muscle group aerobic exercise,to explore the effects of different motor skill types sports on executive function.Experiment 1,60 participants were randomly divided into 3 groups,namely the outdoor running group,obstacle running group and basketball group,each study participant completed a different 30-minute aerobic exercise program,and the test tasks of refresh function,inhibition function and transformation function were completed before and after the exercise.Experiment 2,80 study participants were randomly divided into 4 groups,namely outdoor running group,obstacle running group,power bicycle group and aerobics group,each study participant completed a different 30-minute aerobic exercise program,and the test tasks of refresh function,inhibition function and transformation function were completed before and after the exercise.The results prove that In experiment 1,each group had a significant impact on the post-test results of the refresh function,and the improvement effect was: obstacle running > basketball > outdoor running.Each group had no significant influence on the post-test results of inhibition function.Each group had a significant impact on the post-test results of the transformation function,and the improvement effect was:obstacle running > outdoor running > basketball.In experiment 2,each group had a significant impact on the post-test results of the refresh function.The serial group was better than the continuous group,and the serial-open group was better than the serial-closed group.The improvement effect was as follows: outdoor running >obstacle running > aerobics > power bicycle.Each group had a significant effect on inhibition performance,the serial group was better than the continuous group,and the open group was better than the closed group.The improvement effect was as follows:outdoor running > calisthenics > obstacle running > power bike.Each group had a significant effect on the performance of the transformation function,the serial-open group was better than the serial-closed group,and the improvement effect was:outdoor running > obstacle running > power bicycle > aerobics.The above exploration hints,based on different types of motor skills,the effects of sports on executive function are selective,among them,serial sports and serial-open sports have more significant improvement effects on the refresh function.Serial sports and open sports had more significant effects on inhibition function,while serial sports and serial-open sports had more significant effects on transformation function.
