The successful bid for the 2022 Beijing Zhangjiakou Winter Olympics has set off an upsurge in the development of ice and snow sports in China.With the promulgation of ?the ice and snow sports development plan(2016-2025)?,it is proposed to select 2000 schools with characteristics of ice and snow sports in our country before 2020,as an opportunity to promote young people to participate in ice and snow sports,and also to lay a solid foundation for the reserve talents of ice and snow sports in our country.Harbin city as early as last century put forward "millions of young people on ice and snow ",with a good campus ice and snow activities experience,is also one of the main areas selected by schools with characteristics of ice and snow sports in china.The ice and snow sports characteristic school proposed in our country time is shorter,the related research is less.Through the research methods of literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics and questionnaire survey,this paper makes a survey and analysis on 16 state-level ice and snow sports characteristic schools in harbin city.In order to conclude the successful experience of sports development in sports characteristic schools,find out the shortcomings and put forward some suggestions.The results show that the number of ice and snow teachers is scarce and the professional level of PE teachers needs to be improved.Some school venues,equipment and facilities are difficult to meet the needs of teaching.The capital investment is insufficient and it is difficult to meet the standard.There is no unified teaching material for ice and snow sports teaching,and the level of teachers' scientific research is insufficient.Campus ice and snow cultural activities are well carried out,students are willing to participate in ice and snow sports.The development countermeasures are: to introduce professional ice and snow sports talents into the positions of teachers,and to increase the number of training and learning of existing physical education teachers.Make rational use of public ice and snow venues,and clearly establish the renewal and supplement mechanism of ice and snow sports equipment.We will increase investment in funds and expand the channelsfor funding sources.Reasonable selection of snow and ice sports cluster in line with our school and strengthening teachers' awareness of scientific research.
