Research On The Countermeasure Of "Ice And Snow Movement Into Campus" In Primary And Middle Schools Of Heilongjiang Province

In 2015,Beijing and Zhangjiakou successfully won the right to hold the 24 th Winter Olympic Games.China's snow and ice sports ushered in new development opportunities,and the ice and snow sports blew a boom across the country.As an important province in the development of ice and snow sports,Heilongjiang Province plays an extremely positive role in inheriting ice and snow culture,cultivating ice and snow talents,and promoting ice and snow sports into the campus.Through the development status of ice and countermeasures in Heilongjiang Province,it is helpful to discover the development of the activities and the factors,accelerate the process of ice and snow sports into campus,and also provide scientific reference value for improving the development level of ice and snow sports.This paper investigates 20 primary and secondary schools in five cities in Heilongjiang Province through literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey,analyzes the development of teachers,the participation of teachers and students,etc,and plans the development of ice and snow sports in other regions.The research results show that in the basic development of "ice and snow sports" in Heilongjiang Province,shortage of site equipment resources,imperfect curriculum system,weak campus culture,inadequate school policy execution,and insufficient investment,excellent ice and snow teachers,students ' participation in ice and snow sports.The countermeasures for the problems are: rationally develop site resources,introduce simulated ice,dry and snow technology for non-snow season curriculum development,pay attention to the development of non-snow season replacement projects,improve the quality of education and teaching,reasonably arrange course content and time,cultivate campus ice and snow culture,and create an atmosphere of ice and snow culture and sports.Strengthen home-school cooperation,rely the linkage role of home schools,change cognitive deviation,strengthen government organization,further implement the policy support of "ice and snow sports into campus",improve teachers,introduce professional teachers,improve the teacher training system,promote the reform of teacher evaluation,and improve the fund guarantee system.
