| Research background: Volleyball is a sport that cultivates students’ team spirit;exercises their physical fitness;and enhances their self-confidence.With the progress of the times, volleyball is also developing towards high, fast and accurate, which puts high demands on the physical quality of volleyball players, which requires not only excellent bouncing ability, but also fast moving ability, which all depend on the level of explosive power of the athletes.with physical training as the starting point,,what training means can effectively improve the explosive power of lower limbs of volleyball students has become the focus of many teachers’ attention.Research Methodology: In this thesis, the effect of compound training on the explosive power of lower limbs of volleyball special selection students was studied.16 male volleyball special selection students of Shandong Institute of Physical Education,Class 2021 were selected as the experimental subjects. The teaching program design of compound training was carried out through literature method and expert interview, and the experimental intervention of 8 weeks of compound training and traditional resistance training was carried out on the volleyball selective students through experimental method, which was combined with basic quality, kinetic test indexes and electromyographic indexes for comparative analysis and auxiliary kinematic analysis to further demonstrate the feasibility of compound training in teaching volleyball physical fitness in colleges and universities.Research results:1.Basic quality, kinetic and electromyographic indexes were tested before the experiment, and there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the pre-test data indexes.2.In the inter-group comparison of basic quality indexes after the experiment:there was a significant difference between the two groups in the 30-meter run performance(p < 0.05),and there was no highly significant difference in the standing long jump and assisted double-legged jump and touch height performance(p > 0.05).In the intra-group comparison of basic quality indexes, both groups’ scores were improved to some extent, and the experimental group had a better improvement effect than the control group.3.In the post-experimental CMJ kinetic index group comparison: the two groups jump height, jump initial velocity, peak force performance there is a significant difference(p < 0.05),time to vacate, impulse performance does not exist a significant difference(p > 0.05).CMJ kinetic index group comparison, the two groups have some improvement in performance, but the increase in the experimental group is better than the control group, better training effect.4.In the intra-group comparison of post-experimental electromyography indexes:there was a significant difference in the scores of integral electromyography values of rectus femoris, medial femoris, lateral femoris and anterior tibialis between the two groups(p < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in medial gastrocnemius and lateral gastrocnemius(p>0.05).In the intra-group comparison of electromyographic indexes, the scores of both groups improved, and the experimental group improved better than the control group.5.In the post-experimental buckling kinematic indexes intra-group comparison:there was no significant difference in the angle of each joint of the lower limb between the two groups at the moment of the lowest center of gravity(p>0.05);there was a very significant difference in the horizontal speed and vertical speed at the moment of the feet leaving the ground(p<0.01).In the intra-group comparison of kinematic indexes, there was no significant difference in the joint angles of lower limbs at the moment of lowest center of gravity between the two groups(p>0.05),and the horizontal speed and vertical speed at the moment of feet leaving the ground were improved in both groups.Research conclusions:1.After an 8-week experiment,it was demonstrated that the training methods used by both the experimental and control groups were able to promote the improvement of explosive power in the lower extremities of the volleyball selective students. In comparison, the results of basic indexes,CMJ kinetic indexes of jump height, stroke volume, initial velocity of jump, and time to vacate, and the results of electromyography indexes of rectus femoris, medial femoris, anterior tibialis, and lateral gastrocnemius integral electromyography showed that the experimental group was more effective and could effectively improve the training efficiency of the volleyball students.2.Through SIMI kinematic parameters analysis, the growth of motor qualities does not lead to the deformation of special techniques.3.It is proved by experiment that compound training is effective in the lower limb explosive power training of volleyball special selection students, and should be based on the law of action skills of volleyball special selection students, with the advantages of traditional resistance training,to design a feasible plan method of compound training, and improve the science and feasibility of compound training in the actual teaching and training. |
