The Value Orientation And Realistic Path Of My Country's Competitive Sports Competition System Reform In The New Era

With China entering a new era,sports development is facing new tasks and requirements.It has become the basic connotation of sports development in the new era to continuously push forward new sports reforms,actively serve the social development of our country,and give full play to multiple values.As an important form of developing sports,competitive sports competitions have made outstanding contributions to the achievement of excellent results in China's competitive sports with their super-strong influence and leverage effect.However,it also exposes many problems such as marketization,lack of socialization,and low competition quality.Based on the requirement of multi-value development of sports in the new era,promoting the reform of competitive sports competition system has become a development trend.Therefore,this paper studies the value orientation and realistic path of China's competitive sports competition system reform in the new era,in order to meet the requirements of sports development in the new era,promote the development of China's competitive sports competition and enrich the theoretical basis of China's competitive sports competition system reform.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,case analysis and logic analysis.First of all,the development process of China's competitive sports competition system and the development characteristics of China's competitive sports competition system since the reform and opening up are analyzed.Secondly,under the background of the new era,it explores the development requirements of China's competitive sports competition in the new era and some problems existing in China's competitive sports competition system in the new era,and analyzes the value orientation of China's competitive sports competition system reform in the new era.Finally,according to each value orientation,the path of the reform of China's competitive sports competition system is constructed.The following conclusions are drawn:1.China's competitive sports competition system has gone through four stages:initial and basic development,reform and exploration,in-depth reform,transformation,upgrading and all-round development.It shows the Olympic strategic objectives under the guidance of gold medals,centralized government management under administrative means,material system guarantee under the Olympics as the center,and the development characteristics under the reform of competitive sports competition system that are compatible with the market economy system.2.The requirements for the development of China's competitive sports in the new era are: to stabilize China's competitive strength and ensure the excellent results of the Tokyo Olympic Games and the Beijing Winter Olympics;Pay attention to the competition quality and grasp the coordinated,open,sustainable and legal development of the competition.3.The problems existing in China's competitive sports competition system in the new era mainly include: competition administrative monopoly is prominent;The degree of market development is low;The competition style and discipline are lax.The strategic conflict of the All-Olympics Games;The sports system,social system and educational system are not closely linked.Competition development is not self-sufficient.4.The value orientation of our country's competitive sports competition system reform in the new era mainly includes: people-oriented value orientation;Boosting the Olympic glory program and achieving glory for our country;Promoting the construction of a strong sports country and coordinating the development of all parts;Promoting a healthy China strategy and promoting national fitness;Build ecological sports events and create green,humanistic and technological competitions.5.Based on different value orientations,build a realistic path for the reform of China's competitive sports competition system in the new era:(1)To promote the Olympic glory plan-to reform the comprehensive and individual competition system,and to carry out a reasonable layout of advantageous events,potential advantageous events and backward events;We will promote multi-subject cooperation in competitions,realize the marketization of competitions,strengthen the discipline construction of competitions,and give full play to theeducational,spiritual and cultural functions of competitions.(2)Boosting the Construction of a Powerful Sports Country-Competitive Competition Leading National Fitness;Developing the sports competition market,creating the sports competition performance industry and forming a complete competition industry chain;Realize modern competitions,build pyramid competition echelons,develop professional leagues and actively prepare for the Olympics.Carry forward the spirit of competition sports and cultivate the project culture;We will implement the rule of law in competitions,promote competition regulation,and strengthen competition enforcement.(3)Promoting a Healthy China Strategy-Vigorously Developing Emerging Sports Competitions,School Competitions and Mass Basic Competitions,Strengthening Social Participation and Encouraging and Attracting Mass Participation in Competitions;Increase the popularity and transparency of the competition and expand its influence.(4)Promoting ecological sports events-creating green competitions that are environmentally friendly,follow competition rules and conform to competition ethics;The formation of cultural competitions with cultural inheritance,dissemination of cultural education and positive social education;To add scientific and technological elements to the competition operation,competition management and competition services to create scientific and technological competitions.
