Research On The Training Path Of Yantai Competitive Sports Reserve Talents Association System

The materialization reform of competitive sports association system is gradually advanced in our country.With the reform of national association system,the training of local competitive sports talents has become an important end link.The traditional "monopoly" training mode,as well as the investment of funds and personnel,will face new challenges,and some new changes will take place in the form of competition organization.For this reason,this study takes the training of reserve talents of Yantai competitive sports as the research object,based on the perspective of association system reform,to explore the training path of reserve talents of Yantai competitive sports in the new era.This paper adopts research methods such as literature,expert interviews,on-the-spot investigation,etc.This paper analyzes the current situation of the training paths for reserve talents in Yantai Sports School,Yantai Sports Industry Brigade,Yantai Swimming Training Center and Yantai Shooting and Archery Center and the implementation status of the association system reform in Yantai.Based on this,it finds out the existing problems and puts forward corresponding development paths or solutions,repositions the functions and roles of the government,the market and the association,aiming at accelerating the transformation of the training paths for reserve talents in Yantai competitive sports from the perspective of the association system reform,and initially constructs the theoretical framework of the training paths for reserve talents in Yantai competitive sports association system.The study concluded that:1.At present,the training structure of Yantai competitive sports reserve talents association system is not prominent,the Sports Bureau and major training institutions fail to realize the entity docking with the Sports Association;the overall number of Yantai single sports association is relatively small,which is in a disadvantage position in the competition of industry associations in the system field.2.Some areas and units in Yantai hold the attitude of "avoiding conflicts" towards the reform of association system.On the one hand,it supports the reform and expects that the reform can provide the sports association with equal legal status,fair competition environment and clear functional content;on the other hand,due to the lack of human,financial and material resources,if it is completely decoupled from thegovernment,it is difficult to realize or guarantee the training of local competitive sports reserve talents.3.Yantai city is restricted by various forces and influenced by many factors on the way of training sports reserve talents by association system,among which the government has great deviation on the management system of association in the external influencing factors,the fund reserve and function play of association in the internal influencing factors are very difficult,which hinders the transformation and establishment of association system training path to a certain extent.4.Yantai city can gradually form four kinds of training path strategies: the multiple main body participation mechanism without decoupling,the establishment of the core functions of the association under the government purchase,the reserve talents competition system under the participation of the whole people and the reserve talents supervision mechanism with the government supervision as the main body,gradually establish the entity status of the association,and realize the local association in the training of reserve talents for competitive sports From regulation to good order.
