In recent years,the rapid development of information technology has provided a realistic possibility for educational reform to advance in depth.From the perspective of teaching system,the application of Internet technology poses greater challenges for teachers,and also provides support for the transformation of teachers' teaching methods.From the perspective of learning,the application of Internet technology provides students with a foundation for inquiry learning,meets diverse needs and personality development,and enhances their interest in learning.However,the slight changes in teaching methods and teaching effects brought about by the exploration of more than ten years of educational reform practice mean that restructuring the teaching process still requires more practice and continuous exploration at multiple levels and angles.The main purpose of this study is to try to organically integrate micro-courses and practical skills-based practical courses to strengthen the dominant position of physical education college students in the professional course teaching system,to stimulate students 'potential for independent learning and subjective initiative,In order to speed up the transformation of teachers' teaching concepts in sports colleges and universities,deepen the reform of physical education and teaching,build a network,digital,individuality,life-long education system and a new era learning society of "everyone can learn everywhere,learn everywhere,learn all the time" Provide some ideas.In this study,the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,experiment method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method were used,and 36 male students majored in physical education in grade 2018 of Tianjin Institute of Physical Education were used as experimental objects.According to the syllabus and teaching schedule of the general track and field class of Tianjin Institute of Physical Education,the micro-course material was designed with the content ofback-style high jump as the teaching content,and nine teaching experiments were conducted.Before the experiment,the basic situation and physical quality of the students were investigated and tested in order to ensure the homogeneity of the experiment.In the experiment,under the condition of strictly controlling irrelevant variables,the experimental class adopts the micro-teaching method for teaching,and the control class adopts the traditional teaching method mainly based on the teacher 's teaching.After the experiment,the data obtained from the teaching experiment and the survey are collated and combined The research results are as follows:1.According to the independent sample T test,the P value of the experimental class and the control class' s back-to-back grade of the high jump standard after the experiment is 0.034,which is less than 0.05,and there is a significant difference.2.According to the independent sample T test,the P value of the technical evaluation results of the back-style high jump of the experimental class and the control class after the experiment is 0.024,which is less than 0.05,and there is a significant difference.3.According to the independent sample T test,the P value of the students in the experimental class before and after the experiment is 0.036,which is less than 0.05,and there is a significant difference.4.According to the independent sample T test,the P value of the experimental class students' motor skill learning interest before and after the experiment is 0.021,which is less than 0.05,and there is a significant difference.5.According to the independent sample T test,the P value of the physical quality of the students in the experimental class and the control class after the experiment is greater than 0.05,and there is no significant difference.Based on the research results,this article draws the following conclusions:1.The teaching design of high jump micro-courses reflects the learning-centered and learner-oriented teaching philosophy,strengthens the cultivation of students' independent learning ability,and puts forward the reality for the transition from "what I want to learn" to "I want to learn" Feasible path.2.The teaching content design of the high jump micro-course highlights the keypoints of the discipline and the difficulties and difficulties of the project teaching.At the same time,the practice content,means video and subtitles and audio effects are synchronized to achieve an effective combination of high jump teaching and educational technology and online and offline teaching The organic combination provides a practical and feasible case for multi-sensory participation in motor skills learning.3.During the implementation of the teaching design of the high jump micro-course,students can control the learning process,choose the learning content,and adjust the practice density based on their personal needs and quality skills to meet and realize the needs of personalized learning.4.The teaching design of the high jump micro-class has achieved the expected teaching effect,and also promoted the development of related physical qualities.
