Nowadays,with the improvement of women's status in society and family,the voice is increasing day by day,and the impact and obstacles in daily life and workplace are also coming,which to some extent has an important impact on the physical and mental health of women in modern workplace.By browsing the literature and relevant official reports in the past decade,it is found that women in the workplace,especially white-collar women who do mental work,account for a higher proportion of sub-health population,of which the majority are women with sleep quality and anxiety.At present,many researchers at home and abroad have carried out scientific research on the health problems of women as a special group through yoga.It is found that yoga has less research on sleep quality and anxiety,and there has never been any research on white-collar women.This study analyzes the sleep quality and anxiety of white-collar women with the help of yoga training,and draws the conclusion of quantitative indicators,so as to lead the white-collar women to exercise,scientifically and effectively formulate a reasonable yoga training program and lay a solid theoretical foundation.In order to alleviate their sleep quality,anxiety and other adverse conditions,and promote the physical and mental development of middle-aged white-collar women to provide a strong guarantee.In this paper,35 white-collar women with yoga fitness were selected from the yoga center of wisburg to conduct effective yoga exercise intervention experiments.At the same time,by means of expert interview,literature review,pre-test and questionnaire survey,a safe,scientific and feasible yoga exercise intervention experiment content scheme was developed for the working pressure,poor sleep and anxiety of the subjects Sleep quality and anxiety test results were analyzed in depth,and the following research results and conclusions were obtained:1.Through 16 weeks of yoga training intervention,it has significant effect on improving the sleep quality of white-collar women.Specific performance: it has obvious effect on improving the subjective sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency and improving daytime dysfunction of white-collar women,especially the improvement of sleep time and daytime dysfunction.2.Through 16 weeks of yoga training intervention,white-collar women's anxiety level was significantly reduced.Specific performance: the white-collar women have changed significantly before and after the anxiety index experiment,and the data statistics results have very significant differences,which proves that yoga can relieve the white-collar women's anxiety and effectively reduce the level of anxiety;it has significant effect on adjusting psychological contradictions and improving emotional state,providing scientific theoretical support for the audience of yoga.3.Through 16 weeks of yoga training intervention,there is a certain correlation between sleep quality and anxiety,and the correlation coefficients are all positive correlation,indicating that the two affect each other and are interrelated.
