Yoga is the most popular one of the movement, it is from five thousand yearsago in ancient India, after thousands of years of evolution and the widespread, hasbeen accepted by the people around the world. Nowadays appeared all kinds of yogabranch methods, such as flow yoga, hatha yoga, Bikram Yoga, Health yoga and so on.Bikram Yoga with its specific temperature, position type and significant fitness effectfavored by the vast number of people love.In order to better promote the BikramYoga in the fitness industry especially in white-collar women the promotion, needfurther analysis and research of Bikram Yoga female white-collar fitness effect andthe characteristics of the movement, and for further research on Bikram Yogaprovide effective data support and reference.This paper uses Bikram Yoga to female white-collar body shape and part ofthe influence of physiological indexes as the research object, mainly uses theliterature material method, experimental method, comparative analysis andmathematical statistics method, the method of the main subjects of Bikram Yogagroup, Ordinary yoga group, high temperature dont exercise group for five months ofthe interventions. The indicators of the object before and after contrast, comparativeanalysis between groups, and the results show that:First,Bikram Yoga practice, female white-collar body form would beimproved and is surrounded degree index declined obviously, and Bikram Yogaexercise and waist circumference, weight, abdominal skinfold, thigh circumference isvery significant difference (p <0.01); And high temperature dont exercise group afterexercise contrast, weight, abdominal skinfold, waist circumference is very significantdifference (p <0.01), thigh circumference is significant difference (p <0.05); withOrdinary yoga exercise group after contrast, weight, abdominal skinfold, thighcircumference, waist circumference index shows significant difference (p <0.05); Allthree groups before and after exercise in the calf circumference, chest circumference,hip circumference, upper arm circumference were no significant difference.Second, Bikram Yoga practice to female white-collar body fat ratio, abdominal fat ratio, BMI value has declined obviously, and is very significant difference (p <0.01).Ensure that the invariant lean body mass, reduce the body fat rate. Than ordinaryyoga defatting effect is good, better in high temperature dont exercise group.Third, Bikram Yoga practice can improve the ability of bending forwardlywhen sitting, Bikram Yoga group before and after exercise is very significantdifference (p <0.01), and common yoga group, high temperature dont exercisegroup contrast, Bikram Yoga improve the ability of bending forwardly whensitting effect is remarkable. Instructions for Bikram Yoga can significantly improve thewhite-collar female body soft quality.Four, practice of Bikram Yoga of physiological indexes have obviousimprovement, Bikram Yoga group before and after exercise vital capacity index is verysignificant difference (p <0.01), and ordinary yoga group contrast no significantdifference, and high temperature dont exercise group is very significant difference (p<0.01). Bikram Yoga yoga and ordinary yoga in vital capacity index differences is notbig, can significantly improve the vital capacity.Bikram Yoga group quiet heart rate,and high temperature dont exercise group quiet heart rate is significant difference (p<0.05), and ordinary yoga group, there was no significant difference in that Bikramyoga and ordinary yoga can reduce quiet heart rate. Bikram Yoga exercise groupbefore and after the diastolic pressure is significant difference (p <0.05), systolicblood pressure is very significant difference (p <0.01), and ordinary yoga groupcontrast, systolic blood pressure is significant difference (p <0.05), and hightemperature dont exercise group compared with systolic blood pressure is verysignificant difference (p <0.01), and diastolic pressure has no significant difference(p>0.05), indicating that Bikram Yoga in lower systolic blood pressure index effectmore apparent than the other two groups.
