Research On The Impact Of New Taekwondo Rules On The Use Of Techniques In 2018

The formulation of competition rules has played a guiding role in training and competition.Training results and competition results also influence the formulation of rules to a certain extent.It is of great significance for athletes and coaches to master the changes of competition rules.This article USES the literature material method,expert interview method,video observation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis method,based on the 2016 and 2018 the kick and revised and promulgated the taekwondo competition rules and explain(competitive)two edition rules detailed comparative analysis,find out the differences,by studying the rule of change,to develop realistic training methods and motion.By observing the videos of the semi-finals and finals of the national taekwondo championships in 2017 and 2018,this paper,from the perspective of actual combat,makes statistics on the application of technologies in the competitions,summarizes the differences caused by the changes of new rules on the results of actual combat,and provides some Suggestions for the sustainable development of the sport of taekwondo.The following conclusions are drawn through the analysis:1.In the 2018 national championship with the new rules,the use of various techniques has been greatly improved.The athletes are more comprehensive in the use of techniques and more active in attacking.2.In the 2018 national championships where the new rules were used,the spinning technology confirmed the increase of additional points,which to some extent stimulated the use of the spinning technology by the athletes.The utilization rate and success rate of athletes for the rotation technology are on the rise.3.New rule changes give rise to unconventional technologies.4.After the change of the new rules and regulations,athletes tend to use high-scoring techniques5.Basic techniques are commonly used by male athletes.The men's lightweight athletes are fast and flexible,but the hitting effect is not ideal.Men's middleweight athletes have the most comprehensive skills in the three divisions.Men's heavyweightathletes have great strength,overwhelming attack,ideal head-beating skills but slow speed.6.Women athletes have a high success rate of difficulty technique.Women lightweight athletes hit clear,agile footwork,out of the leg less times but high success rate;Women middleweight athletes have the most balanced skills,the most legs and the highest success rate.The female heavyweight athlete figure superiority is obvious,the technical choice is given priority to with the foundation.
