With the rapid development of China's economy and society,national fitness has become a national strategy.At present,fitness clubs are committed to rapid and steady development.However,there are also some unavoidable external environmental constraints and insufficient internal management capabilities,coupled with the fact that a sustainable development strategy system has not yet been formed in the business strategy,which has affected and restricted the operation of the B fitness club to some extent Performance.This article is guided by classic strategy theory,competitive strategy theory,core competitiveness theory,and dynamic capability theory.It summarizes the status quo of B fitness club equipment and business conditions,human and financial resources,market and development conditions,operations and performance.Based on the analysis,the internal environment of the B fitness club was analyzed;the external environment of the B fitness club was analyzed with the help of the PEST model and the five-force analysis model;and the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of the B fitness club were determined through SWOT analysis.Club ST Strategy development direction;with the help of QSPM matrix,the differentiation strategy of B fitness club is clarified.Based on this,in the perspective of differentiated strategies,this article proposes a unified,systematic,and focused core competitiveness of B fitness clubs in terms of human resources,financial management and control,operating systems,brand building,and comprehensive strategic control.Strategic management system to promote the sustainable development of B fitness club. |
