Image production has become one of the indispensable links in the e-sports industry.The thesis takes e-sports video text as the research object,comprehensively uses the theoretical perspectives of communication,semiotics,youth subculture,etc,based on China's current e-sports industry network dissemination background,selected the video works of the King Pro League as a research model,through content analysis,online participatory observation and other research methods,in-depth e-sports video text and its entire industrial chain,and its content production mechanism and communication mechanism decoding analysis.The paper first analyzes the generation and form of e-sports images,introduces the basic characteristics of their images,and explores the King Pro League by observing the cross-screen interaction of multi-media platforms such as social media,portal video sites,and short video apps.Network flow of related image texts.The research focus of the thesis is to explore the symbol system and text characteristics of e-sports images,analyze the ritualized symbols and personalized symbols in the event images from the perspective of semiotics,and draw the mythological symbols,sacrifice symbols,ritualized hearing in the images the expression forms of symbols and personalized symbols,and by analyzing these symbols to explore the image presentation characteristics and construction process of ritualized symbols in e-sports images.The thesis further studies the tribal production of e-sports images.From the perspective of industrial development,it focuses on the analysis of the portal operation strategy of the clubs related to the King Pro League,the self-shaping of e-sports fan identity,club production and fan production cooperation.The paper thus pointed out that the tribalized production model has increased to meet the needs of fans,and it is more conducive to the shaping and promotion of brand image.At the end of the thesis,the focus is on the analysis of the fans group culture constructed by the fans of the King Pro League,and it is pointed out that the e-sports heterotopia constructed by the e-sports video can help e-sports fans to gather emotionally.The cultural identity of the competition symbol.In addition,the paper also expounds the video consumption and symbolic rituals of e-sports,pointing out that the live video broadcasting of e-sports competitions is not only the restoration of the ritual scene,it has gradually evolved into a special media event,with the color of "media ritual".
