With the wide use of big data technology in various industries,the use of big data technology in the field of education has become a hot topic,preschool education also complies with this trend.In the traditional practice of area activities in kindergarten,there are some problems in the analysis of children's activity data,such as incomplete,low efficiency and unscientific,which affect teachers' effective guidance of area activities.Big data analysis technology has the characteristics of comprehensive,efficient and scientific.If it is used in area activities in kindergarten,it may improve the collection and analysis of the data in area activities,and improve the suitability of teacher guidance.From September 2019 to December 2019,this study is divided into two parts: one is "Case Study on the application of big data technology in area activity guidance",which is based on the big data program "smart kindergarten" of a kindergarten in Nanjing.With 25 children from middle class 4 as the research object,the study adopts case analysis and text analysis,uses big data technology to collect children's activity data.Together with class teachers,the researcher observes children,analyzes data,and improves guidance strategies.The second is "the survey of teachers' experience of using big data technology to improve area activity guidance",which uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate teachers' understanding of the advantages and shortcomings of big data technology,as well as their suggestions.On the basis of research practice and questionnaire survey,the researcher draws conclusions and suggestions.The results are as follows:1.Big data technology can provide data support for teachers to formulate guidance strategies of area activities,provide ideas and evidence for teachers to evaluate children's development.2.There are problems in the hardware of big data equipment.For example,the big data equipment is too dependent on children;the stability and accuracy of the equipment itself is not high enough;the video recording equipment is lack.3.Big data analysis system software has problems.For example,big data analysis system can not upload observation records online in real time;there is no online child development evaluation standard corresponding to reference.Based on this,this study proposes the following suggestions for improving the guidance of area activities by using big data technology:1.Suggestions for kindergarten teachers: make good use of big data equipment;analyze the causes of data results from multiple perspectives;scientifically combine big data analysis with daily observation records.2.Suggestions for kindergarten managers: kindergarten managers should do a good job in the bridge of communication,widely listen to the opinions of front-line teachers in the guidance of area activities,timely feed back to cooperative technology companies,and do a good job in decision.3.Suggestions for technology companies: improve the hardware configuration of big data,such as optimizing children's bracelets,check-in desks,cameras and other equipment;optimize the software configuration of big data,such as realizing online real-time observation and recording of children's activities by teachers,improving the efficiency of observation and recording by teachers;add evaluation indicators of children's development in big data analysis system.
