Due to its rich educational resources and important educational significance,labor education has always been an important way to coordinate education in other disciplines.This article is mainly based on the requirements of the new curriculum standards for high school ideological and political disciplines,drawing on the content,methods and evaluation of labor education Features,the ideological and political discipline education requirements and labor education integration,starting from the existing teaching form of ideological and political disciplines,core literacy cultivation,labor education content,to find the way to cultivate students' labor values.Based on a large amount of literature analysis,this paper uses a variety of research methods to analyze the current strengths and weaknesses of labor education,and analyzes the causes and influencing factors of labor education inadequacy from the dimensions of course participation,recognition,subject transfer learning effect,and evaluation methods.,Characteristics and trends,to find out the current factors that affect the in-depth development of labor education: school level,teachers are insufficient,teaching quality cannot be guaranteed;some curriculum implementation content settings do not meet the students 'labor cognition laws;insufficient class settings affect students' labor The formation of values,the level of teachers,and the loose implementation of curriculum activities;the lack of an effective evaluation mechanism;the quality of labor education is not high.At the student level,there is a serious deviation in labor cognition,insufficient labor time,and insufficient curriculum expectations.Finally,this article combines the relevant research,and proposes the following solutions: First,in-depth study of curriculum standards and educational teaching concepts,including the establishment of the educational concept of "curriculum content activity,activity content curriculum";subject knowledge logic and life practice Equal emphasis on logic;equal emphasis on respecting the objective laws of labor and the reconstruction of labor values;revitalizing the content of the curriculum and integrating labor education into core literacy cultivation;striving to explore local labor resources and develop school-based courses with disciplinary characteristics.Second,combine with social development,establish a new era labor concept,including helping students establish a sustainable labor concept through subject teaching and topic activities;attach importance to the inheritance and innovation of craftsmanship;pay attention to the cultivation of labor emotional literacy,and pay attention to the cultivation of labor law awareness in the new era,Focus on career planning education.Third,enrich the form of labor teaching;focus on topic-based teaching exploration,including in-depth integration of ideological and political courses,select labor issues;principles for selecting topics;optimize the design of labor issues;intensively create the teaching situation of labor issues;structure of situation design The situation is difficult to be appropriate;the evaluation form of labor process is refined,the evaluation of points is reduced,the evaluation standard is focused,and the evaluation form is developed to build the evaluation community.
