| In-depth implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country with talents,China has put forward new requirements for national and talent training quality,and the society is increasingly in need of high-quality workers,and talents with good labor skills and innovation ability are significant to accelerate the realization of healthy social development.Labor education is an important way to cultivate high-quality workers,and it is also a necessary way for students to develop their moral,intellectual,physical,social and aesthetic skills in an all-round way.High school labor class is the main channel to carry out labor education and plays a leading role in it.High school ideology and politics class is a critical course for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and people,and it cooperates with the labor course to jointly undertake the task,laying a solid foundation for cultivating new talents in the era who will take on the task of national rejuvenation.The synergistic education mechanism of practical teaching in high school ideology and politics class integrated into labor class follows a certain fit logic,the fit premise is to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education,the goal is to cultivate the new man of the times requirements,the key is to develop students’ core literacy,the basis is to inherit the excellent Chinese traditional culture.The current synergistic education mechanism of integrating practical teaching of ideology and politics into labor class in high school has achieved certain results,but we should also see the difficulties and challenges it faces in four main aspects: conceptual atmosphere,implementation system,guarantee measures and evaluation mechanism.In this regard,this paper proposes to build a synergistic education mechanism for integrating practical teaching into labor class in high school ideology and politics.First,to build a synergistic education mechanism driven by multiple parties.From the top design home school community collaborative education pattern,play the leading role of high school in the mechanism,implement the main responsibility of family education,support social services to achieve comprehensive education,and establish the home school community synergistic education mechanism.Second,to build a collaborative parenting operation mechanism for effective teaching and learning.Actively create labor learning tasks to improve the systematicity of teaching contents;reasonably use information technology to innovate effective teaching methods;carry out teaching research and training to improve effective teaching ability.Thirdly,build a complete system of synergistic education guarantee mechanism to guarantee the teaching resources of the curriculum,the construction of teachers’ team,the investment of teaching funds and the safety of teaching implementation.Fourth,to build a systematic and perfect evaluation mechanism for collaborative education,taking core literacy as the evaluation guide,promoting learning as the evaluation concept,using practical process evaluation methods,promoting the participation of multiple subjects in evaluation,and reflecting the function of evaluation feedback and improvement.Finally,the organic unification of these four mechanisms will enhance the effectiveness of the synergistic education mechanism of practical teaching in high school ideology and politics class integrated into labor class,build a new era of high school education system,achieve the goal of curriculum education,and maximize the effectiveness of education. |
