Since the 20 th century,the world's science and technology have made a leapfrog development,which is accompanied by increasingly serious environmental problems.Countries are attaching more and more importance to the role of environmental education,and it has become a common understanding of the world to carry out environmental education in primary and secondary schools.Primary and secondary school teachers are the direct participants and organizers of primary and secondary environmental education.Therefore,taking primary and secondary school teachers as the research object to improve their environmental education literacy has become an important research topic for teachers' education researchers and environmental education departments.This study analyzes the connotation of environmental education literacy and primary and secondary school teachers on the significance of school environmental education,environmental education literacy and current situation of environmental education for primary and secondary school teachers literacy questionnaire survey and interviews,points out that the current primary and secondary school teachers environment existing in the education quality present situation o f environmental education connotation understand thin,cognitive insufficiency,the environmental education in middle and primary schools,teachers lack of environmental education skills,lack of interdisciplinary environmental education cooperation and exchange,teacher education to the environment education teaching evaluation consciousness weak,some teachers lack environmental consciousness and so on.Based on the interviews,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in primary and secondary school teachers' environmental education literacy,and proposes countermeasures.The research points out that to improve teachers' environmental education quality,it is necessary to renew teachers' environmental education cognition and enhance their awareness o f environmental education.Secondly,we should give full play to the overall educational function of the school and strengthen school-based training for teachers.The third is to attach importance to the cultivation of primary and secondary school teachers' environmental education literacy.Finally,the primary and secondary school teachers' self-efforts.
