Basic education,as the foundation project to train talents and improve the quality of the people,has always been in a relatively important position,as the top priority in any period of time,and the development of basic education is more urgent to improve the level of our teachers and strengthen the construction of education team.Due to the historical limitations in the early period of our country's establishment,the staffing of teachers is limited and cannot be solved in a long period of time.Therefore,external teachers become a group that cannot be ignored in the teaching team.Although their identity is external,they will not be ineffective in the education process because of their limited identity,and the influence of education is irreversible.Therefore,it is very important to optimize the employment system of external teachers,which is the key to improve the quality and level of external teachers' education.Based on the study of the teacher recruitment system at home and abroad,this paper draws on the advantages of the teacher recruitment process and absorbs the successful assessment model that has been applied in the recruitment process.This paper expounds the changes of the employment system of external teachers in different periods of time in China,analyzes and compares the applicable modes of the employment system of external teachers,so as to understand the current situation of the employment system of external teachers in China.In order to get further understanding,this paper also compares and analyzes the recruitment of external teachers in nanjing in recent years,and obtains the current situation of the recruitment system of external teachers in nanjing.At present,the employment of external teachers has become a common phenomenon,while the employment system in different regions of nanjing is not unified,and the employment model is diversified,resulting in the uneven quality level and teaching quality of teachers in nanjing.And regional employment system is not uniform is not only one of the problems,in this paper,in the past two years to irregular teachers hired candidate has carried on the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,to get more feedback is irregular teachers employment system does not have stability and frequent change requirements and assessment criteria,lost confidence to the current system of irregular teachers employed and lead to job market more and more people don't want to attend in the irregular teachers hired,will eventually cause a vicious cycle of no one available.The lack of uniform and proper management standard in the employment system of external teachers makes the employment of external teachers in an awkward situation.Nanjing side at present,teachers' employment system problems in the analysis of the causes of problems,summarize the irregular teachers employment system has made preliminary experience in practice,found that the overall process is not reasonable and not scientific problems,and based on the experience of the teacher employment system at home and abroad are different,reasonable and targeted improvement countermeasures are presented.Based on the current employment system of external teachers in nanjing,this paper studies and discusses the employment system of external teachers from the perspective of system path optimization.It is helpful to improve the scale level of the recruitment system of basic teachers,to strengthen the construction of teachers and educational team in basic education,and to lay a solid foundation for the promotion of basic education in China.
