Performance appraisal management is an important measure to improve the management level and the performance of teaching staff,and develop their potential.China's government-affiliated institutions have gradually established a system of Performance appraisal management.By paying close attention to the opinions and suggestions of teaching staff,the implementation process of Performance appraisal management has been promoted,and good results have been achieved.Some problems exist in the human resources of private colleges such as low level of overall structure,defects in structure and backward management mode.In order to control cost and management convenience many of them even ignore the reasonable needs and interests of teachers and staff.A is a private higher vocational college in Guizhou Province,founded in 2012.Because the running time is not long,its' Performance appraisal management is implemented late,and there are still many problems in the process of performance appraisal.In theory,the standardized and efficient teacher performance evaluation system,methods,procedures and safeguard measures can provide a new method for the performance assessment of teachers in A college,and provide reference for a assessment work of other similar schools.In practice,the study of teacher performance appraisal is of great significance for the development of A college.Based on the theoretical basis of Performance appraisal management and through literature,levels,investigation and case analysis,this paper analyzes and studies the current situation of teachers' Performance appraisal management in A college,and finds out the problems and shortcomings of the current management.According to the KPI Performance appraisal management idea,the performance appraisal management system of A college is optimized,and the application and guarantee of the Performance appraisal management system are analyzed and discussed.The construction of a scientific,standardized and efficient Performance appraisal management system for A college greatly mobilized the enthusiasm and initiative of the teaching staff,and provided a feasible scheme for the standardized,scientific and efficient management of the A college,thus improved the management and competitive ability of the A college.
