| General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the importance of labor education in the overall requirements of socialist builders and successors,which is conducive to the construction of a training system for the all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.Labor education has a lot of development value for children,but at present,the discussion of kindergarten labor education from the cultivation of cooperation ability has not been paid full attention,scholars pay more attention to children’s self-care,the plight of labor education and other issues.Therefore,this study discusses the development of labor education in kindergartens based on cooperation ability training,improving teachers’ ability to organize and implement activities,so as to improve the quality of childcare in kindergartens.In this study,A kindergarten in Huangshi county was taken as the research object,mainly using literature method,observation method and interview method.On the one hand,the literature method is used to sort out the literature related to labor education and children’s cooperative ability to provide ideas for the research framework.On the other hand,based on the observation of labor education in A kindergarten and the interviews with teachers,starting from the basic elements of the curriculum,this paper examines the training of teachers of kindergarten labor education from cooperation ability cultivation in five aspects,namely,target cognition,environment creation,content selection,organization and implementation,evaluation and reflection.The results show that the kindergarten labor education based on the cultivation of cooperation ability has the advantages of goal value understanding identification,environmental creation basis from chlidren,rich content and diverse forms,orderly and clear organization and implementation,and positive use of language evaluation.However,there are also disadvantages,such as teachers’ superficial cognition of goals,ignore children’ participation in environmental innovation,weak content selection ability,lack of flexible system in implementation,and too single evaluation means.In view of the shortcomings of labor education in kindergartens,this study proposes the following suggestions: firstly,strengthen the theoretical guidance and enhance the understanding of the objectives;secondly,highlight the main body of children and create a working environment;thirdly,improve the ability to select and provide materials consistent with needs;fourthly,organize teaching flexibly and systematically arrange activities;fifthly,adjust the evaluation orientation and expand the evaluation methods. |
