Existing studies on the influence of principals’ traits on teachers’ trust,or examine the influence of principal leadership on students’ performance through the intermediary of "teacher trust",and less to investigate "the principal leadership behavior" trust in the teacher’s influence,especially "how" the leadership behavior of principals affects teachers’ trust in them.The purpose of this study is to make up for this deficiency.Taking H school as an example,this study comprehensively used questionnaire survey,observation and interview to investigate two basic questions: "whether the principal’s leadership behavior affects teachers’ trust in them" and "how the principal’s leadership behavior affects teachers’ trust in them".The former question is mainly based on the analysis of questionnaire survey evidence,while the latter question is based on the analysis of observation and interview evidence.On the issue of whether "impact",the research use homemade "the principal leadership behavior" and "teachers’ trust" questionnaire,investigating the H all primary and secondary school teachers in the school,recycling effective questionnaire 102,the data was analyzed by using SPSS software,the results showed:(1)The implementation of the principal’s leadership behavior is good,among which the development of teachers > improve teaching > development organization > set goals.(2)At present,teachers have high trust in the principal,and the trust belongs to the fixed relationship.(3)The principal’s leadership can affect the teacher’s trust,and the four-dimensional leadership behavior can explain the 72.65% change of the teacher’s trust.On the question of "how to influence",based on the analysis of observation and interview evidence,this paper interviewed four teachers and one principal,and observed them on the spot for 3 months.The results show that:(1)Contextualized goal setting,clear and specific stage goals,provide opportunities for teacher promotion,promote teacher professional development,and focus on teaching is conducive to improving teacher trust.(2)The lack of welfare guarantee,the weak resource coordination and distribution,and the lack of basic configuration hinder the trust of teachers.(3)The degree of challenge of target,authority of coordination management and supervision,supervision and examination of teaching results have dynamic influence on teacher trust.In addition,the educational administrative power influences the implementation of the principal’s leadership behavior.Based on the research conclusion,this paper proposes :(1)In terms of research,we should expand research objects,enrich research methods and verify research conclusions.(2)In terms of improving teachers’ trust,principals should set goals according to the conditions of the school,develop teachers with three goals,coordinate and promote the development of the organization,and improve teaching unswervingly.(3)In terms of educational administrative support,it is necessary to exert the power of educational administration,including the diversification of school assessment standards,the attention paid to the teaching experience and level in the selection of principals,and the attention paid to the ability improvement in the training of principals.
