Interpersonal relationship and sports activities are an interactive relationship.Good interpersonal relationships have an important influence on the participating groups in sports activities. The closer people are to each other, the greater their influence on each other's opinions, and the more significant the effects will be.This research uses social network analysis and interview methods to combine quantitative research and qualitative interviews, and uses the interpersonal relationships between members of the senior sports club as an entry point to analyze the process of common growth and development of the senior sports club and its members.Reveal the rules of mutual influences and roles between communities and members. With a view to exploring how harmonious interpersonal relationships between members of the community can help the elderly to better perform physical fitness activitiesThe questionnaire survey was conducted on all members of the three elderly fitness teams in Nanjing, and the social network analysis software UCINET was used to visually analyze and statistically process the questionnaire results. The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The members of the elderly sports club are mainly younger elderly(60-74 years old),and the proportion of females is significantly higher than that of men.The vast majority of members are empty nesters. The interpersonal relationships within the members of the club are harmonious and they support external people The high acceptance means that the opening-up pattern of senior sports associations is comprehensive.(2)Each senior sports association has formed a multi-dimensional interpersonal relationship network. The growth and development of the association and its internal members and the interpersonal network structure of the association interact and interact.(3)The sparseness of the overall network structure of senior sports associations has an important influence on the overall cohesion of the associations.Compared with the square dance and air volleyball clubs, the structure of the Taijiquan club is looser,so the internal cohesion of the Taijiquan club is relatively weak.(4)The construction of the interpersonal network of community members is affected by the size and nature of the community.Secondly, the size and nature of thecommunity will also affect the density and cohesion of the overall network of the community.(5)Network structures of different dimensions will cause differences in member positions in the network. There are core members in the interpersonal relationship network in all dimensions, that is,"central figures",who play a vital role in the development of the community and its members.(6)There is a clear distinction between strong and weak relationships in the interpersonal relationship network of each senior sports association. The phenomenon of small groups is common. Its composition forms are diverse, and members have high overlap with each other. They are composed of members with close interpersonal relationships, and are mostly hubs that control the flow of information in communities.(7)The strong joint relationship between the members of the elderly sports associations affects the participation of internal members, which in turn affects the integration of the society and regulates the elderly's physical exercise activities.(8)The position centrality of the members of the association is related to their age, occupation, motivation for participation, and the number of years of participation.,Thus occupying a dominant position in the emotion and information exchange of community members, but at the same time it will actively provide technical consulting support. In addition, there are correlations between different central variables of community members. At the end of the study, the results of quantitative and qualitative interviews are integrated, and from the perspective of social networks, suggestions and countermeasures for the construction and development of senior sports associations are put forward.
