Based On The Social Network Analysis Method, The Research On The Interpersonal Relationship Of The Members Of The Basketball Associations In The Universities Of Jiangsu Province

"College sports associations are organized in accordance with the regulations of university associations,by the like-minded,non-professional grades of college students voluntarily composed of a mass,mutual benefit and non-profit sports activities organization"^[1].It is an important part of college sports and an important platform for spreading campus sports culture and connecting the emotional ties of community members.Interpersonal relationship is an important factor affecting the construction and development of sports association,which is manifested in the efficient development of sports association activities,the enthusiasm of members to participate in sports association activities and the mode of organization and management.This research takes the interpersonal relationship among the members of college basketball association as the research angle,obtains positively By means of Ucinet software,the author analyzes the structure and characteristics of the multi-dimensional relationship within the college basketball community,describes the relationship among the members,analyzes the position and influence of the members in the community,and grasps the structure of the social network relationship among the members of the college basketball community as a whole.This study concludes that:1.The emotional network structure of interpersonal relationships among members of the basketball associations of provincial colleges and universities is relatively dense,the information network and the consulting network are relatively sparse,and the power is concentrated in the information and consulting network.2.The interpersonal network of each dimension of the members of the college basketball association in the province has different degree of overlap.Among them,the information network and consultation network of basketball association members of Jiangsu normal University have higher overlap,the emotional network and information network of basketball association members of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics have higher overlap,and the overlap between emotional network and information network and consultation network of basketball association members of Nanjing Institute of physical Education has lower overlap.3.Community cadres,members with strong social skills and basketball skills are often located in the core of the network,and the"degree centrality"of members is positively related to attendance.In the future community relations optimization should pay attention to play the core members of the cohesion and centripetal force.4.In the emotional network,the members of basketball clubs in three provincial colleges and universities all have different factions and numbers,and the members of the same faction have homogeneity?such as specialty,gender,etc.?.Attention should be paid to the cohesion of the faction and to the establishment of a communication mechanism between internal and external members of the faction.5.There are differences in the number of the five types of middlemen among the members of the basketball association of the three provincial colleges and universities,the"contact person"of the basketball association of Jiangsu normal University is less,Nanjing University of Finance and Economics and Nanjing Institute of physical Education are the most"agents"and the"consultant"is the least.Members have different roles to play in the community to facilitate the exchange of information within the community.6.In the comparison of the interpersonal relationship among the members of basketball association in three provincial colleges and universities,the basketball association of Nanjing Institute of physical Education has the most factions,the members of the three basketball associations are isolated from each other,and the activity of the members of basketball association of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics is low.
