A spontaneous mass sports organization is a group of sports activities formed spontaneously depending on the consistency of members' interests,hobbies,experiences,social background,etc.The characteristics of its internal structure often affect the overall development of the organization.This article takes the spontaneous mass sports organization's network structure and the multi-dimensional interpersonal relationships among its members as the research object,and takes the fitness group of Jinan Wuquan Quancheng Yangge Team and Hongjialou Square Drag Dance Company as the survey objects.In-depth research on the organizational structure of spontaneous mass sports organizations in the urban area of Jinan,using literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,interview method and field observation method.And through social network analysis,using UCINET software to analyze the relationship data of members in spontaneous mass sports organizations,explore and study the relationship between the organization 's social network structure characteristics,the organization 's social network position,the member 's individual position characteristics and their attributes,in order to provide help for the management and construction of spontaneous mass sports organizations.Research indicates:1.Each organization has a fixed number of participating members,activity time,and activity content.The stability of the participating members and the loyalty of the organization are higher.The proportion of women is significantly higher than that of men.The average age of the participants,the type of occupation and the motivation to participate in the activities are many types and have their own organizational characteristics.2.Through social network analysis,it has been verified that the members of the organization will form a relationship network of different dimensions: emotional network,information network and technical consulting network.At the same time,these three relationships are moderately positively tested.In addition,whether the members' own gender,participation motivation,age,participation duration,and academic qualifications are at the same level has different degrees of influence on the formation of relationships in various dimensions,and there are also differences in their contribution.3.There are multiple subgroups in the emotional relationship network,each subgroup shows high reciprocity and strong connection,and the subgroups are weak.4.Members have different individual structure attributes and different network locations in the network.The members at the center of the network are the core figures in the organization and have a high status and influence.They play an important role in the development of the organization and its members.Members at the edge of the network are those who have low influence and cannot control the resources in the network.5.The two team captains are at the center of their respective networks,and there is no difference in the centrality index of each emotional network,that is,the two have the greatest influence in the organization and have the characteristics of leading the organization.6.Different cohesive subgroups occupy different positions in the network,and thus have different relationship patterns.The subgroup in the first position is the most active group,and most of its members have high prestige and status;the subgroup in the flattering position is more inclined to send relationships outside the group,but has fewer accepted relationships;it is in broker The subgroups in the position of people have fewer connections between internal members and are on the half edge of the network.The subgroups in the position of isolated people have no or little relationship with the outside world and are on the edge of the network.7.In the emotional network,age and years of participation are correlated with individual position variables.Among them,the most relevant number is the number of years of participation,that is,the longer the time to join the organization,the easier it is to stay in the center of the network and gain higher reputation and rights In addition,there is a pairwise positive correlation between individual position variables,that is,the more members are in the core position of the network,the greater the prestige and rights the members have.
