The social network is actually the relation net in which people communicate oneanother about the information for some particular purpose. Sport is a social activity ofassociation; many kinds of net among the people, in which various informations amongthe people is handed, are formed in the sports. This complex information workingamong the people forms the total mankind’s sport. Whether the formation of the netamong the people is good or not is very important to the people who deal with the sportand the benign development of the sport itself.The purpose of the research is to analyze the true meaning and the function in thesport of the net among the people through studying the past production. Especiallythrough connected experimental research, P.E. education and training, sportscompetition and the net mode among the people in the social P.E. are initially formed,and their functional ways are further discussed. The application of the analysis to the netamong the people in the sport is showed according to some single case research.The methods of education observation, literature and information, specialistsinterviewed, questions research, mathematical and physical statistics are used. Finally abasic theoretical frame is got through qualitative research methods of comparison andinduction, analysis and deduction and inference and so on.In the part of basic theory the necessity and the possibility of the formation of thenet among the people in the sport are analyzed, furthermore, their theoretical meaningand basic character are discussed. The net mode among the people in thesport and theirfunctional way are built according to the inter-subjects form.In the P.E. teaching andtraining, the mutual influence among the teachers and students in the processing of thedifferent P.E. teaching activities and how to build good relations among them and toproduce good teaching atmosphere and to pay attention the difference of the informationcommunication among them are discussed. In the sports competition, the help andinfluence of the relations and communication on the results and processing of thecompetition are studied from the connected people. In the social P.E., the net among thepeople are analyzed and built from the purposes of the participants. P.E. exercises andsports are emphatically studied. Further study points out that the relations among thepeople and communication are very important to attract people to take apart in the sport.Because the net among the people is actually some kind of moving information activity, to most degree, whether the transferring of information is good or not indicatesthe working-effectiveness of the net among the people. This information is not commonat all but complex, which concludes the sense of value, mankind’s feeling, emotion,liking or disliking, and the profit relations. So it is not the information of the simplemeaning and pure function. But all of this should communicate and exchange mutualfunction through some relations among the people. It’s just so many complex relationsthat form a net system weaved by some profit relations. It is not until thecommunication among the people begins that the total net floats and becomes a truemoving system of the net among the people and all functions among the people can beused.
