Objective:Nowadays,the high school new curriculum reform emphasizes the sports moral character,among which,the individual and the social responsibility are the important part of the sports moral character;Wushu class is unique to the cultivation of students' sports moral character;How to improve students' personal and social responsibility through martial arts lessons and how to quantify the correlation between responsible behavior and martial arts learning;These specialized studies are few and far between.In this study,the teaching model of personal and social responsibility(TPSR)is used to conduct experimental teaching,to explore its influence on students' responsible behavior,and to contribute to the ongoing reform of high school physical education curriculum.Methods: This study selected two high school martial arts classes affiliated to nanjing normal university,a total of 60 students,divided into experimental class and control class with 30 students each.Experimental class USES the personal and social responsibility teaching mode,that in comparative classes teaching with traditional teaching mode,and through the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,respectively before and after the experiment of physical quality,special quality martial arts,general self-efficacy,reposing boxing action skills and related knowledge of martial arts,personal and social responsibility index test,for 12 weeks of experiment teaching,two classes a week,45 minutes each time,respectively to observe the test indexes before and after the two classes in the experiment teaching of change,and paired sample T test analysis and through independent sample data.Result:After twelve weeks of teaching experiments:1.The comprehensive knowledge and skill scores of the experimental class were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In the vertical cross of wushu,the score of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with other data,there was no significant difference between the two(P>0.05).3.Students in the experimental class generally have a high level of self-efficacy,but the difference between the two classes is not significant(P>0.05).4.The average level of responsibility level of students in the experimental class is higher,and the difference is significant in the level 2 of responsibility(P<0.05).Conclusion:Twelve weeks of experimental teaching:1.TPSR teaching model can effectively improve students' knowledge and skills in martial arts classes;2.The TPSR teaching mode can effectively improve the special quality of vertical fork,and the influence of other basic physical quality is no different from the traditional teaching mode;3.Both models can improve students' general sense of self-efficacy,but the TPSR teaching model is higher;4.The TPSR teaching model can effectively enhance students' personal and social responsibility.
