Under the background of the new curriculum reform, this paper takes the Summary spirit as the guide to explore WuShu teaching experiment under the inquiry teaching style by using the following ways: questionnaire, experimental research, mathematics statistics, comparative analysis.The purpose of this study is that: in view of the shortcomings of traditional physical education, this paper proposed an effective way of using modern science and technology, multimedia teaching methods to improve the current WuShu teaching. By this way, we can improve the teaching quality, develop students' interest of taking parting in the physical education, and grow students' creative ability and cooperative ability in order to serve to WuShu teaching in middle school better. This paper also explores an effective way of WuShu teaching method in current situation which fit for the current situation of middle school teaching and the idea of "Health First"The results of three different modes of teaching under the WuShu teaching experimental are in the following:First, the use of multimedia means of inquiry WuShu teaching mode is good at improve students' basic quality of special WuShu and technical skills. Second, this method is very useful in improving students' learning initiative, promoting students' communication, cultivating students' creativity and cooperation, boosting the classroom atmosphere, and making the relationship between students and teachers more harmonious. Third, the inquiry teaching mode which fully embodies the guiding ideology of "people-oriented, health first" is superior to the traditional teaching thinking. Fourth, the use of multimedia means of inquiry teaching model also has shortages including: the unscientific division, no exploration, submergence of personality, inefficacy and time waste, and imperfection evaluation and so on. Fifth, teachers should link traditional teaching mode with the inquiry teaching mode of multimedia teaching method in order to learn from others' strong points to offset weakness.
