In the context of curriculum reform,the key competencies has become the key guidance to lead the curriculum reform.The geographic key competencies subject requires junior high school geography and senior high school geography,but there are differences in performance and level.This kind of difference will objectively produce the problem of the connection between junior high school geography and senior high school geography.Therefore,to study the connection between junior high school geography and senior high school geography is essentially to study the connection between junior high school geography and senior high school geography.To study the connection between junior high school geography and senior high school geography,we must rely on geography teaching.The main research contents include: the current situation of geography teaching in junior and senior high schools,the research of geography curriculum standard in junior and senior high schools,and the research of the geographic key competencies in junior and senior high schools.Among them,the research on the convergence of junior high school geography and senior high school geography curriculum standards is the basis of the research on the convergence of junior high school geography teaching.The research goal of this paper is to analyze the performance and difference of the geographic key competencies in the geography of junior and senior high school,put forward the teaching connection suggestions based on the geographic key competencies,design the teaching connection cases of the geographic key competencies in junior high school,and serve the geography teaching of junior high school.The main research methods used in this paper are literature research,questionnaire survey,comparative study and case study.Literature research method is mainly used to collect the geographic key competencies,the connection of junior and senior high school geography teaching and other aspects of literature,improve the research direction,methods,ideas,etc.The questionnaire survey method is mainly used to study the current situation of geography teaching connection in junior and senior high schools,and to understand the attitude,problems and improvement direction of students and teachers towards geography teaching connection in juniorand senior high schools.Comparative research method is widely used,mainly used to analyze the performance and difference of the geographic key competencies in junior and senior high school geography,and put forward suggestions for teaching connection based on the geographic key competencies.The case study method is mainly used to design the case of the geographic key competencies teaching in junior and senior high school geography.After the research,we can draw the following conclusions:(1)there are some problems in the connection of geography teaching in junior and senior high schools.On the one hand,from junior high school to senior high school,senior high school students lack of systematic review of the relevant content of junior high school geography;on the other hand,middle school geography teachers also lack of understanding of the integrity of middle school geography curriculum.(2)The geography curriculum standard of middle school,junior high school and senior high school has a good connection in terms of curriculum nature and basic concepts.However,there are differences in the guiding ideology of reform,the direction of curriculum objectives,and the style structure.(3)From the perspective of curriculum content,the primary and high school regional geography curriculum content cohesion is the best.(4)The geographic key competencies in junior and senior high schools has good cohesion,but there are differences in cohesion.Generally speaking,the level of performance and level division of the geographic key competencies in senior high school is higher than that in junior high school,but there are differences in emphasis.
