With the development of the changeable political and economic enviroment,the company itself is developing continually.Therefore,among all factors which can influence the management level and economic benefits of the enterprise,to establish a reasonable performance management system seems much more important.So,this article focuses on the research of performance management and evaluation system on the basis of reviewing a lot of documents of performance management system.This article adopts advantages and disadvantages of studies proposed by research scholars.It summarizes existing problems in the performance management and evaluation system.It creates a new set of performance management system suitable for the development of the group company to adapt to practical situition of Hengshui Zhongtiejian Group Company,which can meet strategic development of Group company.The writer uses many methods such as literature review,questionnaire method,combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,combination of theory and practice,top CEO interview and so on to analyze existing performance management system of Hengshui Zhongtiejian Group.This artical combines relative theory of performance assessment and exsisting performance assessment system of Hengshui Zhongtiejian Group company to analyze problesm needed to be improved and inheritability of this performance assessment system.Also,it studies improved methods aiming at thinking deeply about exsisting problems in the performance assessment system.It combines basic principle restructuring of performance assessment system,sets up indicators,target values and weight values of performance assessment system to ensure the effective implementation of performance assessment system.This article designs a set of performance assessment system with individual characteristics of Hengshui Zhongtiejian Group.Also this set of system is applicable to development of small and medium-sized private enterprises.The new system covers operation index,basic management work,enterprise culture construction,enterprise long-term development ability,innovation ability and others.Focus on specific content,it makes a more reasonable objective by means of reviewing of historical data and market and company development strategy target.It combines the orientation of performance assessment system and development targets and strategy to promote the sustainable development of the company.
