The development of the economy has always been inseparable from management,and the rapid development of the economy must be supported by scientific management.More important for a business.The most important thing in enterprise management is the management of people.The rapid development of enterprises depends on a series of management of enterprises.The importance of human resource management is self-evident.Improving the management level and establishing an advanced performance appraisal system are increasingly being valued by managers,and are also urgently needed for many enterprises to solve.This paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and builds the paper framework based on this,selects the performance evaluation of Ningbo Construction Engineering Group as the research object,analyzes the problem and finds the reason.The optimization design of the performance appraisal plan of the employees of Ningbo Construction Engineering Group was finally given,and finally the implementation of the performance appraisal system and the safeguard measures were given.This article can be divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,including the background and significance of the topic,literature review at home and abroad,research content,and research methods.The second part is the concept and theoretical basis of performance appraisal,including the definition of performance appraisal,the significance of performance appraisal,the method of performance appraisal,the principle of performance appraisal,the theoretical basis of performance appraisal;the third part is the performance appraisal of Ningbo Construction Engineering Group employees.The status quo analysis includes the overview of Ningbo Construction Engineering Group,the human resources management organization,the status quo of the performance evaluation of Ningbo Construction Engineering Group,the problems of the performance evaluation of Ningbo Construction Engineering Group,and the analysis of the reasons for the problems.The fourth part is Ningbo Construction.The optimization design of the performance appraisal plan of the employee group includes the principles of constructing the evaluation system,the optimization design of the performance appraisal body of Ningbo Construction Engineering Group,the optimization design of the evaluation index,and the optimization of the performance feedback mechanism.The fifth part is the implementation of the performance appraisal system and the safeguard measures.I hope that the research in this paper can promote the performance appraisal of Ningbo Construction Engineering Group employees to a new level.At the same time,it can be used as a reference for the performance appraisal of other enterprises in the same industry.
