Research On Sustainable Development Of Agricultural Product Export Trade In Heilongjiang Province

The international market has gradually opened since China entered WTO.The quantity and amount of the agricultural product export in Heilongjiang province have been greatly increased,however,the development of agricultural product export trade is still facing a series of problems,such as single agricultural product export structure,concentrated market,low added value,unbalance FDI and non-tariff barrier restriction,etc..These problems have greatly affected sustainable development of agricultural product export trade in Heilongjiang province.In order to speed up the development of agricultural economy,increase farmers'income and improve the core competitiveness of agricultural products in the international market,the study on sustainable development of the agricultural product export trade in Heilongjiang province is significant.The paper firstly summarizes the theories on sustainable development of agricultural product export trade,studies literatures concerning agricultural product export trade,foreign trade sustainable development and index evaluation system of sustainable development at home and abroad.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of agricultural export trade in Heilongjiang Province and relating commodity structure and destination structure.Thirdly,the paper forms the index evaluation system of sustainable development of agricultural product export trade in Heilongjiang Province.Principal components are extracted according to relevant affecting factors to Heilongjiang province agricultural export trade.Using economic statistic method IBM SPSS19.0,and based on agricultural product exports data from 2005 to 2014,the paper carries on the empirical analysis and decides the three main affecting factors are potential factor,export trade factor and economic contribution factor,and then the paper establishes sustainable evaluation model on the basis of plus combination method and makes relative research and draw the conclusion that in recent years,the sustainable development of agricultural product export trade in Heilongjiang province is stable but at lower standard.Finally,based on the existing problems,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the policy,industry,enterprises,agricultural products and ecological environment aspects.Heilongjiang province should improve the agricultural exports support policies,enhance the level of industry organization and the competitiveness of enterprise,cultivate advantageous agricultural products and protect the ecological environment of agricultural exports.The study has practical significance for giving full play to geographical advantage of Heilongjiang Province,actively exploring foreign markets and promoting the coordinated development between agricultural product export trade and environment in Heilongjiang province.
