Company culture,formed in the process of long term production and management,is summarizing the value idea.operation idea,group consciousness and behavior regulations,which acknowledged by all staff,company culture include image culture,behavior culture,regulation culture and spirit culture,an advanced company culture has the functions of guidance consolidation stimulation restriction and so on,which is the important part of kernel competition ability,Inner Mongolia branch CCB,as a sub branch of CCB which just list on Hong Kong stock exchange,is facing the great business opportunity and unprecedented challenge.Nowadays,how to improve our own management level and kernel competition ability,innovating company culture,building the advanced company culture are not only our real means but also the necessary choice.In recent year,Inner Mongolia branch CCB has made instructive research on building company culture,such as formulated business development programs,set the middle term guidance and goal,reformed the income distribution system and human resource system,improved the units image,united the staff working dress,built the well-known brand,strengthened high quality service and so on,all of these have achieved some performances,and accumulated great experience.however,some blind zones were occurred on company culture construction,for lack of the whole programming and uniform arrangement on company culture,consider all of these,this article take the issue of how to build the advanced company culture in Inner Mongolia branch CCB as the research subject,In this article we Inner Mongolia branch's company culture and existed problems will be deeply analyzed,research on how to build advanced company culture,innovation research on Inner Mongolia branch's company culture are done in the article,innovation requirements and specific measures on spirit culture?system culture?behavior culture and image culture are introduced,meanwhile,since the company culture innovation is a systematical project,in this article,dedicated research are done on relative exam mechanism?stimulation mechanism?training mechanism?business penetration mechanism and carrier of company culture construction,of course,the constructive suggests and requirements are introduced in the article.
