The Study For Distribution Situation Of Production Brigade In The Great Culture Revolution

This paper try to analysis the distribution situation of an ordinary Production brigade in the Great Culture Revolution,and seek to deeply interpreat its mode of practice and running logic,which based on the Work notes of Susi Production brigade’s Party branch secretary whose name is Zhang Mingde,combining with oral material and local archives.In the Great Culture Revolution,Susi Production brigade’s distribution system of provisions tended to allocate for everybody under the population pressure,while it expedited the speed of population growth at some level.In the form of workpoint,Susi Production brigade seeked a balance between fairness and efficiency as soon as possible,which united with timekeeping workpoint and piecework workpoint. At the same time,abundant spending of public affairs workpoint and expatriate workpoint reduced the commune members’income.Altough agriculture and sideline output value was developing in the Great Culture Revolution, but because of some reasons,for example,the increase of population and public affairs output,the state and local government overly transferred agriculture and sideline products and labour,so the phenomenon of "the increase without develop"had been appeared in Susi Production brigade.
