In this paper,focusing on the fact that Inner Mongolia Institute of Certified Public Accountants industry development does not match the development of Inner Mongolia economy and demand and also it is not synchronized with the objective reality in an overview of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.On the basis of the development process,the Inner Mongolia certified public accountant industry development course and the present situation are reviewed,firstly analyzing the industry faced macroscopically environment including political environment,legal environment,economic environment,technology environment and then external environment including industry characteristics,industry competition,industry,industry's develop bottleneck.Secondly analyzing the Inner Mongolia accounting firm development,geographical distribution,scale,service projects,income,practitioners and other aspects of the internal condition analysis.Through research and analysis,we found the Inner Mongolia certified public accountants industry has some issues which accounting firm size is too small,regional distribution imbalance,narrow business scope,practitioners,high-end talent lack,low level of service quality is not high,and regulations are not perfect,industry supervision is not strong.In view of the above problems,this paper based on the actual situation in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,putting forward feasible suggestions to the accounting firm,CPA Practitioners and the industry of overall planning,working out in favor of Inner Mongolia Institute of Certified Public Accountants industry healthy and rapid development strategy.On the basis of SWOT mode analysis,we put forward Inner Mongolia the development of the CPA profession three big strategic modes,namely the large firm of diversified business model,medium-sized firm to do the fine pattern,and small firm localization development mode.On this foundation,we put forward regardless of the choice of what kind of development strategy mode,the implementation of the strategy and control needs to go through four paths,namely,proper use of marketing strategy to enhance the competitiveness of firms,strengthening personnel training to improve the core competitiveness of the firm,regulate the internal management and strict quality control to breed good service quality,and aggrandizement industry supervision of constructing benign market competition environment.
