Business Model Analysis And Evaluation Of Hebei Business Incubator

In this paper,based on the study on the evaluation of business model at home and abroad,the author did a field research of Hebei incubator to put forward evaluation systems of business model and the core enterprise business medel in the incubator.Hebei incubator business model is analyzed by the system respectively from five aspects,such as dominant force,profit model,value proposition,value chain,dynamic capabilities.In the end,it summarizes up three main business model.By using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation,the core enterprise evaluation system analyzes Huaqiang FRP Co.,Ltd.in the business incubator of Zaoqiang fiberglass,as the representative of the core business separately from the stability and sustainability of two angles.Then,based on the analysis results,the article analyzes degree of adaptation of the core enterprise in the business ecosystem which its base in.According to the analysis,the optimization strategies for the enterprise are proposed.Finally,the paper from the integration of resources,value creation process and the revenue management model these three points analyzes the business model of Huaqiang comprehensively.The results show that:the core business effective business model can effectively promote the production and operation of the base business counseling,counseling similar SMEs,and promote the development of related industries.Reducing threshold appropriately,the business incubator can promote entrepreneurship and local economic prosperity.A coaching base,dominated by the industry enterprise can better promote the development of industry,avoid vicious competition,optimize the local ecosystem,promote the regional economic vitality.Market-oriented business management approach not only makes the leading enterprise for profit,so that the sound development of business counseling base,but also to minimize the burden on local governments.This evaluation system of Hebei business incubator evaluation raised by this paper has a certain reference significance to the other research about business model.
