Sales channels have absolute advantage in the market competition,the winner is who owns the channel.With the increasingly fierce market competition,marketing channel is the enterprise sentinel in the market,plays an important role in business promotion and collect the feedback of market information.The competition of the market is channel competition,thus the study of channel is very important.In this paper,through the analysis of the TangRenShen marketing channels,establish a suitble TangRenShen marketing channel mode.The first chapter expounds the main background and significance of the theory.The concept of marketing channels,marketing channel structure and functions at home and abroad are described.The second chapter make an analysis on the current situation of TangRenShen marketing channels,through the analysis who faces,e.g national policy environment,economic environment,technological environment,market environment and the external environment,as well as its marketing channels for SWOT analysis,points out the existing problems of marketing channels,the choice of TangRenShen marketing channels strategy.The third chapter analyzes TangRenShen marketing channel strategy goal,channel design,selection of channel members and channel member motivation,establish strategies to improve TangRenShen marketing channels.The fourth chapter from the marketing channel conflict management,channel control and TangRenShen marketing organization etc,which is provide further safeguard to its marketing channels.In this paper,through the analysis of TangRenshen marketing channels,pointed out the existence marketing channel,channel mode,the overall quality of the unpleasant dealer channel management which is not standard,the company straight chain mode of risk implicit problems,puts forward steadily promote the reform of the existing super channel construction,strengthening the dealer channel management,import the distribution business model,and vigorously develop chain control channels and strengthen the management mode of TangRenShen marketing channels,improve TangRenShen marketing channel mode.
