For a long time,the ownership of land in China is strictly divided into state-owned and collective all,rural collective land can not enter the building land market,construction projects to occupation of collective land must be through the government land acquisition by the government to sell land units.This on the one hand,resulting in the loss of power of rural collective land ownership,on the other hand formed the government monopoly of land market,land is due to the lack of power of the collective all state-owned construction land value increment,mostly by government enjoys,farmers can not enjoy urbanization brought the most direct benefits,thus causing many contradictions and problems.Eighth session of the Third Plenary Session of the proposed "the establishment of a unified urban and rural construction" of the market,and has in some counties pilot.Therefore,the author combined with the survey of the pilot counties,from the theory and practice of the establishment of a unified construction land market related problems,explored the path of unified urban and rural construction land market are.
