An Valuation On The Quality Of Utilizing FDI In Service Industry In China

In this paper,based on research of the various economic effects caused by Foreign Direct Investment(FDI)and FDI quality indicators from the former researchers,combined with the task and purpose of use of Foreign Direct Investment in China,it established a set of index system to evaluate the quality of FDI in service industry according to the principle of building index system.Firstly,we analysis this paper from four aspects that economic growth,industrial structure,technological progress and employment.As the result,the introduction of FDI in service industry in China is conducive to China's economic growth,optimizing our country's industrial structure upgrade,improving the technical level of our country through technology spillover effect,promoting our country's employment effects at the same time with more jobs and the improvment of employment quality.Secondly,this article selects suitable evaluation index mainly from four aspests including the economic growth,industrial structure,technological progress and employment.It adopts the factor analysis method to evaluate the quality of FDI in service industry in our country with series of evaluation index system.The result shows that the quality of FDI in service industry in China has improved significantly with the comprehensive score of FDI in service industry.From the result,the quality index of FDI in service industry in our country is 10.55 in 2003.And the index reaches 43.79 in 2015.It is to say,the quality of FDI in service industry in China grows exponentially in the 13 years.At the same time,in this paper,the factors influencing the quality of FDI in service industry in China has carried on the empirical analysis.It is analyzed from four angles including the domestic economy,policy system,infrastructure,human capital.The empirical results show that the quality of FDI in service industry in China and wages,foreign open degree,infrastructure are positive related..But the size of the market and he quality of FDI in service industry in China are negatively related.Finally,the full text is summarized according to the results of the empirical research.And we put forward the correlation proposal.Firstly,we should improve infrastructure construction and the investment environment.Secondly,we should adhere tothe scientific concept of development and establish strict program of FDI project examination and approval.Thirdly,we should strengthen the cultivation of professional talents education and complete the human resources protection.At last,we should increase the open of services markets.
