Study On The Evaluation Of Level Of Science And Technology Service Industry In Anhui Province

Science and technology service industry is an emerging industry that provides services for scientific and technological innovation in the whole chain and connects scientific and economy.Under the background of our country economy to present the new normal,the development of science and technology service has important strategic significance to accelerate transformation of the mode of economic growth in China and promote transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.A policy about the several opinions of speeding up the development of science and technology service industry was promulgated by the state council in October 2014,which is a comprehensive planning work.The opinion of the impeentation releases a positive signal of the development of science and technology services. As Anhui province is the national pilot province about construction of an innovative province and the long triangle membership, to speed up the adjustment of industrial structure and strengthen the independent innovation become the main development trend of the future.The science and technology service industry are accordingly put forward higher requirements.This paper is around the center theme of developing the science and technology service industry in Anhui province.And in the progress of research,the paper takes the method which inculdes literature research, qualitative and quantitative research.Firstly, the paper reviews the related research at home and abroad,and analyzes the relevant theories. Secondly, the paper bulids a set of evaluation index system for the science and technology service industry’s development level on the basis of relevant theories and with considerations of the industry’s characteristics and the statistical data availability.Further more,compares the industry’s development level between Anhui and other provinces through factor analysis method, extracts three common components and tries to define and name them,clears the strong and weak factors.Finally, combinated with current situation of the industry in anhui and based on the results of the empirical analysis,some suggestions are given to improve the science and technology service industry’s development level in Anhui province.
