Internal Control Of Wind Power Enterprises

According to the latest FORTUNE 500 released on July 22,2015,Chinese companies cut a figure in the list.The number of listed Chinese companies has increased to 106 this year.In the tide of economic globalization,Chinese companies are developing rapidly.Made-in-China products can be bought all over the world and the trend of China’s national economy is making a growing influence on world economy.Despite all these achievements,a variety of potential risks has surfaced,such as conflicts in management and social division,or environmental deterioration.At present,European economy is suffering a nasty slump and the downward pressure of China’s economy is rising.Therefore,effective measures(such as Establishing and implementing scientific and effective internal control system,strengthening its control over risks)must be taken to secure its survival under distressed condition.MOF、NAO、CSRC、CBRC、CIRC published The basic norms of internal control in May 22 2008,which clarified the norm of internal control system and provided guidance to construct and consummate the system.Power sector is a basic trade of the national economy and relates to national welfare and people’s livelihood.It is characterized by capital-intensive,knowledge-intensive,management-intensive and equipment-intensive.Therefore,researches on internal control of power sector is of great realistic significance.This paper aims at studying internal control of wind power generation enterprises in China and is based on A branch of wind power division of B group.According to the basic norms of internal control,we divide this paper into 3 parts to illustrate author’s viewpoints.Part 1,a brief review of internal control,introduce its development process and its effect&meaning.Part 2,introduction of business processes of wind power generation enterprises and its current situation of internal control.we introduce the condition and prospects of power sector and wind power and take A branch as an example for further research.Part 3,based on the knowledge learned,propose countermeasures and suggestions on the internal control of main business for wind power generation enterprises like A branch.
