| China’s foreign trade economy has developed rapidly since the reform and opening up,especially after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The world’s largest goods trade nation is now China.The rapid development of China’s foreign trade has not only driven the overall development of social economy,but also brought huge impetus to the global economic development.However,in recent years,the global economic situation has become more complex and volatile under the influence of the epidemic and the Russia-Ukraine war.In order to recover the economy,many countries are seeking economic transformation and upgrading,while trade protectionism and unilateralism prevail.In addition,in the past decades of rapid development,the development of China’s foreign trade enterprises also has some prominent problems.For example,exporting products with low technology,serious product homogeneity,backward management ability and so on,and now facing internal and external pressure of development and foreign consumers’ demand upgrading,therefore,China’s foreign trade enterprises are in urgent need of transformation and upgrading.This paper mainly adopts the case study method,based on the theory of Vertical Integration Theory and Value Chain Theory,SWOT Analysis Model,Porter’s Five Forces Model and other tools to analyze the macro and micro management environment of C company,through studying C company’s business status,its own capabilities,enterprise resources and other factors to find out the appropriate competitive strategy---Differentiation Strategy.On the one hand,through the implementation of the C2M e-commerce model,extending the production supply chain to meet the individual needs of international customers,increase the competitiveness of product prices and increase the technical content of products;On the other hand,through improving the management of value chain,upgrading the products and services around customer’s demand,to establish a more competitive value to enhance core competitiveness.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the strategy,this paper suggests that we need to do a good job in human resources,finance,technology and corporate culture to achieve sustainable development. |
