With the development of Internet telecom industry thriving,just emerging "mobile business" will win the majority of consumers recognized and accepted,mobile payment and people to eat,wear,live,line intertwined,our country has become a mobile payment power.Market diversification,service precision,convenient way,the industry melt,the goal of clarification has become its main features,coupled with the industrial policy support in place,active technological innovation,market demand and other factors under the full range of factors,to pay the industry Chain development prospects.Bestpay is China Telecom’s operating payment and Internet banking business brand,China Telecom is a third party mobile payment business,Users can pay for the replacement of bank cards and cash payments by way of mobile phone brush Bestpay.According to the latest business news shows that the Bestpay the"science and technology services to people’s livelihood,innovation and change of life" as its own boldly into the supermarket.In the face of complex business,involving the subject of a wide range of circumstances,shaping the differentiated brand value and segment the target market is imminent.Based on this concept,this research is based on the market of super-industry,the Bestpay as the main body,to super-customers as the empirical research object.First of all,through the existing third-party mobile payment,Bestpay of domestic and foreign literature classification,reading,and then to sort out.Secondly,based on the theory of perceived value,considering the factors such as subjective norms,social influence and factors,this paper constructs the model of influencing factors of willingness to pay the customer’s wings and puts forward the research hypotheses and discusses the influence degree of the research factors.Second,the sample survey to understand its use of the bestpay.Finally,the results show that the main factors influencing the willingness to pay the customer’s wings are perceived value and subjective norms.Among them,the positive impact of the factors that have perceived benefits,perceived convenience;the negative impact of factors that have perceived costs and perceived risk.In order to improve the scale and the number of users to pay for the Bestpay,the author puts forward four key strategies for the prevention and management of the security system and the implementation of the virus management strategy,aiming at the help of the previous analysis results and from the consumer’s point of view,put forward targeted promotion activities,simple payment links,The enterprise will improve the willingness of the customer to pay for the bestpays,and discuss the limitations and prospects of this research.
