In today's world the foreign-funded super market magnates are expanding in inner city market. The large scaled state-owned chain store, New Century as representative, how to gain a prevailing position in the competition, to keep its local advantages and to find new economic growth points. This paper provided a good sample of e-business development for the domestic chain stores in China.By studying the internal and external situations with SWOT method, this paper made a proposal for e-business development strategy for New Century Super Market Chain of Chongqing General Trading Group. Therefore, the author used the abroad and home theories on chain store operation and e-business to make up e-business solution for New Century Super Market Chain.This paper described in detail that how to implement e-business solution for the chain store, including the chain store layout in specific area, the setup of the internal information system, the supply chain management, the BTOB model of e-business and BTOC area model.As a newly startup, e-business of chain store has no ready model to copy from. Companies have to make enough practices and summarize experiences before get the suitable e-business solutions. It would take a long time to implement the solutions by stages, provided in this paper. Generally, the store may first set up BTOB model to establish the internal management information system for the store, which would increase the efficiency of the supply chain. Meanwhile, the store begins the layout of the network distribution in the specific area. At last, to develop BTOC model. This solution is of great feasibility and practical meaning in China.
