Research On Community Participatory Tourism Poverty Alleviation In Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County

Currently,the poor problem still keep being a very serious social problem in our country,the achievement of social economic development can not also be completely shared by each individual.Therefore,it is the most important task to find out to effectively hand a poverty method to still get away from narrow circumstances.Pass a development tour industry to carry on the research that hands a poverty's all really being paid attention to at home and abroad.Particularly is community participation type tour to hand a poverty be thought is tour the industry can keep on a kind of effective path of development.But in some regions of national minority narrow circumstanceses,because of being under the influence of level of education,folk culture,traditional obsession factor,the community participates in process and faces more complicated problem.In this paper,Tibetan Autonomous County of Tianzhu as an example,we investigate and study the local community tourism participation status,the way of community participation in tourism poverty alleviation and the residents' perception of pro-poor tourism in tourism poverty alleviation effect etc.And aiming at the corresponding problems,we construct a community participation tourism poverty alleviation mechanism which is suitable for the local tourism development.The mechanism is based on the accurate tourism poverty alleviation mechanism,with the help of the community residents to participate in the overall improvement of the quality of the mechanism,the mechanism of information interoperability,the coordination mechanism of the ecological environment development and protection mechanisms.They are connected and interact with each other.At the same time,in order to ensure the effective operation of the community participation mechanism,this paper puts forward three countermeasures to highlight the government's leading management position,strengthen the participation of community residents and build the local ethnic characteristics of the tourism industry chain,In order to provide theoretical basis for the healthy development of poverty alleviation and development of ethnic tourism in Tianzhu county.The suggestions put forward in this paper can be used as a reference for the community participation in tourism development in the similar ethnic minority areas.
