Research On The Process Management Of Metallurgical Equipment Import Of Company A

China,rich in mineral resources,is a country of mining production and with the steady development of the economy,a huge demand for the mineral resources is engendered.Due to the vast' development and processing of the mineral products,equipments for mining,refining,processing or mineral mining enterprises are relatively backward,which has a great demand for the imported equipment.At present,demands for foreign advanced equipments is increasing,and the past extensive management of metallurgical equipment has not adapted to the increasing requirements for imported equipment management,so it is necessary to put forward the process management towards equipment import management.Company A is specialized in import and export trade and its main business are import and export trade of mineral products and importing the production and processing of raw materials equipments and other services.In the long-term business development,for the group C,it has already become the main import agent for metallurgical equipments import.Besides,with the development of diversified development of the company A and the transformation of the group C's business,company A shall use further scientific management methods in the import management of metallurgical equipment towards process management to conduct a comprehensive analysis,identify problems,and solve the problem.This paper combines international theory,supplier management theory,exchange rate hedging management theory,fine management theory,and process management theory,with the case of company A,this paper analyzed detailedly the main business and processes involved in company A of metallurgical equipment import management,and puts forward four problems existing in the process management,and normalized process improvement measures are proposed correspondingly in order to better guide the equipment import,improve the efficiency of equipment import process,and provide users with more professional and efficient equipment import service.
