As the pillar industry of the national economy,manufacturing industry plays an important role in the economic development of our country.However,compared with the advanced level of the world,China's manufacturing industry is still ?big but not strong".Facing the severe competition situation in the international division of labor,more and more traditional manufacturing enterprises in our country began to adopt the service transformation to excavate the new income source and obtain the differentiated competitive advantage.The Chinese government has also given full attention to promoting the development of manufacturing enterprises.In 2015,the State Council issued "Made in China 2025" plan,pointed out that "to speed up the coordinated development of manufacturing and services,to promote business model innovation and format innovation,and to promote the transformation of the production manufacturing to the service-oriented manufacturing",In the same year,the national leading group for the construction of manufacturing power was set up,and the overall arrangement and deployment of the work was carried out,which provided a good platform and opportunity for speeding up the conversion of the driving force of the manufacturing enterprise in china.Based on this,this paper takes the manufacturing enterprise with service transformation as the research object and obtains the relevant data by means of questionnaire.Through the research on the servitization performance and its influencing factors of manufacturing enterprises,this paper analyzes the differences of servitization performance between different manufacturing enterprises and to explore the influence intensity and direction of each factor influencing the servitization performance of the manufacturing enterprise,and further put forward the government management decision to promote the servitization performance of the manufacturing enterprise.In this paper,we use the method of YAAHP10.0 software and SPSS21.0 software to analyze the effective samples of 116 valid samples by reliability validity test,simple descriptive statistical analysis,collinearity test,KMO and Bartlett spherical test,principal component and regression analysis.The results show that the organizational structure flexibility,organizational culture adaptability,customer perceived value,service innovation ability,strategic matching consistency and customer participation have a strong positive effect on the servitization performance of manufacturing enterprises relatively.The influence coefficients are 0.340,0.334,0.316,0.303,0.300,The impact of organizational size on the service performance of manufacturing enterprises is negative,and the coefficient is-0.04.It is necessary for government to establish a good cultural environment,improve the relevant policies and regulations,protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,provide information and consulting services,reserve the strength of innovative talents,Vigorously boost the supply side of the reform,improve the manufacturing enterprise strategic matching,and the establishment of special functional departments,comprehensively consolidate the basis of service development and other measures to promote the improvement of the servitization performance of manufacturing enterprises.
