Research On Manufacturing Servitization Decision-making Model

Manufacturing industry occupies an important position in the economic development of our country,however,affected by various factors,the development of the manufacturing industry in our country is facing a dilemma.Servitization is the effective choice to solve manufacturing development plight,but for actual manufacturing company,the huge cost and management problems of service enterprises in failed to resolve a dilemma at the same time,create new servitization problem.Therefore,the problem like whether the servitization for manufacturing enterprise,enterprise managers how to make the decision to study issues related to corresponding have yet to be resolved.According to corresponding problem,from the perspective of decision-making,build the decision-making model of manufacturing enterprise servitization,transformation of service for manufacturing enterprise to provide scientific,operational decision-making support.First of all,through to the manufacturing industry in our country development present situation and the related research of service,do a simple review indicates that our country manufacturing sevitization existence predicament of lack of transformation of service decision related research.At the same time,through to the decision related literature to sort and determine the content of decision-making model theory building,from the decision problem,decision-making process and decision-making method three aspects to do the basis of the decision-making model of theoretical design.Second,enterprise resources and servitization activities as the object,analysis and manufacturing servitization decision-making model elements,and the structure relations between the decision factors of manufacturing servitizations decision-making model is analyzed.At the same time,decision goal set based on decision making problems,consider the decision-making process and decision-making method in the basic theory of design,and according to the build process and use the selected method of unascertained measure to build the decision model.Lastly,with two manufacturing companies in Shenyang as examples for case analysis.Combining the decision-making model of manufacturing servitization constructed the feasibility of service enterprises and service actions are selection are analyzed.The empirical results show that Shenyang ShengAn decorative materials plant is not suitable for transformation of service,but the company maintains the existing advantages of value-chain activity,in the enterprise resource capacity reaches a certain level and then carries on the transformation of service;Shenyang Xin's electronic CNC factory is very suitable for to carry on the transformation of service,proposed the enterprise to technology and research and development activities of service and product related basic service from two aspects of service based on transformation.
